Biniyog Briddhi (“B-Briddhi”) is a multi-year programme that runs since 2020 and is dedicated to supporting a thriving ecosystem where impact enterprises of Bangladesh can grow and scale their impact. Set up as a public-private development partnership (PPDP) between the Embassy of Switzerland in Bangladesh, Roots of Impact, and LightCastle Partners, B-Briddhi strives to improve the financial, social and environmental performance of impact enterprises by helping them to master investment readiness and impact management and get ready to access innovative finance to scale.
Our incubation program will help you structure and validate your business idea or project. At the same time, you will receive the support of a personalized mentor and an incubation team, who will accompany you throughout the program. At the end of the program, you will not only have a business plan to present to potential investors, but you will have total peace of mind that you are building a business validated by your potential clients.

If selected, you will be invited to an onboarding to the program and session on how to select your mentor, how to use the incubation platform, its methodology and much more.
From November 30th to December 15th
"Matching" is a fun process in which you get to meet several volunteer business mentors and decide which one is the best fit for you. During 2 weeks you'll have 30min initial meeting with several mentors, and you will eventually rank them by order or preference. We'll then finalize who is your final "match": the one mentor who will guide you all along the program.

The more time you are able to dedicate, the better the results. We have structured the program so that you can complete all the activities in 6-8 hours a week, including a one-hour video call with your mentor and participation in the workshops, this is your program. Also, remember that you will have to commit to dedicating at least 6 hours a week for the duration of the program (4 months) and that there will also be face-to-face sessions that you will have to attend (we will take into account the working hours to put it on for you). as easy as possible).
