This program is perfect for you if
- You have a socially innovative business in its early stages (eg, launched within the last 2 years, or Minimum Viable Product) and are seeking a program to incubate and validate your business plan.
- You are from one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Poland, India, Philippines, USA, Mexico or Costa Rica.
- You speak English at a professional fluency level, as all program events will be delivered in English.
- You have a business-driven approach to your venture and are seeking to connect with 2 high-quality mentors who may provide guidance and support during the program.
- You can commit to spending 6-8 hours per week on the program for the four-month duration of incubation.
- You have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop that you can use regularly.

Mentors and Entrepreneurs Matching
From 1st to 15th of December
"Matching" is a fun process in which you get to meet several volunteer business mentors and decide which one is the best fit for you. During 2 weeks you'll have 30min initial meeting with several mentors, and you will eventually rank them by order or preference. We'll then finalize who is your final "match": the one mentor who will guide you all along the programme.
Online Incubation Programme
From January to May, 2024
Begin a 4 month incubation period to continue developing your startup.
- Work weekly with your personal mentor on one-to-one sessions to go over the 8 business modules. You’ll start refining your value proposition and finish the programme with a clear growth plan.
- Attend 4 online group calls to meet fellow founders and work through the challenges of the programme.
The platform at a glance
As the backbone of the programme, the plaftorm offers a gamified and step by step experience that allows entrepreneurs to create their business plans and validate their model. Far from theory, the pedagogy pushes you to formulate your ideas and answer the tough questions.
It invites you to “get out there”, talk to people, research, and validate your ideas. Your mentor will be there for you every week to support you by challenging assumptions and offering a fresh perspective.

Once you start your business, you’ll have to constantly adjust priorities to make sure you’re spending your time on the right things. Having solid, measurable objectives is a great way to align with your team and stay on track.

Questions about the programme?
How much time is needed to participate in the program?
The more time you are able to dedicate, the better the results. We have structured the program so that you can complete all the activities in 6-8 hours a week, including a one-hour video call with your mentor and participation in the workshops, this is your program. Also, remember that you will have to commit to dedicating at least 6 hours a week for the duration of the program (4 months) and that there will also be face-to-face sessions that you will have to attend (we will take into account the working hours to put it on for you). as easy as possible).
How much does it cost to participate in the program?
Nothing! This is a free program funded by the client.
What technology do I need for the program?
We advise you to have a laptop or desktop computer and preferably one of these browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox. Even so, our platform also adapts to mobile phones.
Also, we hope that you have a stable and reliable internet connection both for your weekly review on the platform and to participate in calls with your entrepreneur by video call.
Can my teammate work with me on the project?
Of course! Our program is made to collaborate with your entire team. You can easily invite your teammates to join your project and seamlessly collaborate on its development. You can work at the same time as a teammate, but please note, however, that our platform does not allow live collaboration like with Google Docs (you will only see a teammate’s edits after refreshing the page and you must have Be careful not to “override” the entries of others).
Should I be worried about my intellectual property if I come forward?
We hope our reputation speaks for itself on this topic! We treat your application and program data as confidential information. They are protected by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and your mentor will also sign a Mentoring Agreement that includes a confidentiality clause.
What will be the role of my mentor?
Your mentor will act as your guide throughout the program. Week after week, it will help you validate your strategy and design your growth plan. Mentors support you within the platform and meet with you once a week (usually via video calls) to validate your progress.
